MEET OUR FAMILY

Kaye Construction is a family owned and operated business. Ron Kaye with more than 30 years in the home improvement industry, shared his love of home improvement and quality workmanship with his sons who now run and operate Kaye Construction, based in Cleveland, Ohio.


With their trademark beards—that even are depicted in the company logo—the Kaye family has earned a reputation for quality workmanship.


Working in the home remodeling industry for more than a quarter century, Ron learned skills from both of his grandfathers, one the ultimate do-it-yourselfer and the other a farmer, and would work side-by-side with them on home projects when he was a teenager garnering all he could from his role models. And now, a generation later, Ron has passed along his know-how and work ethic to his sons Joe and Josh, who he jokingly says were born with a hammer in one hand and a screwdriver in the other.


You will find the trio working together side-by-side on every project. Unlike bigger home improvement companies, where you never meet the owners, Ron, Joe or Josh oversee each job.



OUR PROCESS

When you hire Kaye Construction to handle your home remodeling project, you will be working directly with the owners—not a sales staff. Working directly with each homeowner is at the core of our business model.

FAQS

  • How soon can you start the renovation?

    It depends on our schedule, but we will give you a timeline once we find out the scope of your remodeling job. Some jobs, such as installing new luxury vinyl tile planks, can take just couple days, and on the other hand, a home addition can take a couple months to complete.

    We start our workday meeting at the shop at 7 a.m. and finish up around 4 p.m. 


  • Where do you get your kitchen cabinets?

    We use local suppliers for our cabinetry. All of the cabinets we install are made from the highest quality wood and come in all types of woods, stains and paint colors.

  • How can you assure us that you will finish the project on time?

    You have to trust the contractor you hire to complete your job in a timely manner. On occasion, there may be some weather or supply chain issues that we cannot control, but generally we follow our timeline closely.
